RateS: Reward Redemption FAQs

If you’re here, then that means you took part in our Prelaunch Campaign for the RateS mobile app. Great! Below are some FAQs you might have on how to redeem your prizes. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to send us an email through support@ratex.co and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!


Q: Finally! I can start redeeming prizes! How do I do it?

First, you’ll have to download the RateS app into your phone. Once downloaded, head on to the User tab and log in using your RateX email and password, or sign up if you don’t have an account with us yet.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to see the My Rewards tab in the menu. You can start redeeming your prizes from there.

Q: How many prizes can I possibly redeem?

You can redeem as many prizes as your points can accommodate. However, you can only have up to five (5) of the same item.

For example:

John collected 35 referral points at the end of the referral period. He can redeem a combination of Amazon Basics Laptop Sleeve (10 points) + Timberland Men’s Slimfold Wallet (25 points). Or, he can redeem three Amazon Basics Laptop Sleeves (worth 30 points in total).

However, John cannot redeem 7 of the S$5 RateX vouchers because that is above the limit of five (5) of the same item.

Prize redemption ends on 15 March 2018, 11:59 PM.

Q: When will I be able to get my prizes after redemption?

Prizes will be available to collect 2-3 weeks after your redeem them through the mobile app. You’ll have to come to the RateX office to collect the prizes, and present the redemption receipt for each prize you’ve redeemed.

Digital gift cards will either be sent to you over email, or, if they’re RateX discount vouchers, they will be applied on your next payments purchase through RateX.

Once your respective prizes arrive, we’ll notify you through email when you can come over to the office and collect them. When that happens, head on down to 71 Ayer Rajah Crescent #03-18 and present your e-receipts for quick collection.

Q: I can’t log in the app! I can’t redeem any prizes! All my points are lost! Help!

If you’re having issues with redeeming your prizes which can’t be resolved by reinstalling the app, email us at support@ratex.co and we’ll work on resolving your issue as soon as possible.
